C.1.2.1. Experimental development research on the realization of individual, eco-sustainable and energy efficient residential constructions of the type “Wooden constructions with silo walls - CPS”. realization of hydrophobization system of expanded perlite with numerically controlled process.

Performed sub-activities:

- Identification of structural systems that meet the technological requirements for the realization of wooden constructions with silo walls - SPC, energy efficient. The execution technology for the prototype construction of CPS type must ensure the filling with material in granular state of the structural elements, with the role of thermal and acoustic insulation, by gravitational flow;

- Establishment of thermal and photo-insulating products / systems that correspond to the technological requirements for SPC by using the products made by the company;

- Identifying and defining the parameters that can influence the mechanical and thermal properties of CPS systems by using the products made by the company;

- Identify the optimal solution for the structural system that meets the requirements of energy efficiency by using the products made by the company.

 

C.1.2.2. Experimental development research for the design of the test enclosure - “Smart CPS” type prototype with the structural system “Wooden constructions with silo walls-CPS” in order to achieve: Data acquisition and monitoring system for evaluating the hygrothermal behavior for “Wooden constructions with silo walls-CPS ”.

Performed sub-activities:

- Realization of the technical documentation for the test enclosure - prototype, on CPS construction system, at 1/1 scale, with the surface of 30-40 sqm and height regime P + attic, with wooden structure, on concrete foundation;

- Test enclosure - prototype, on construction system CPS will be equipped with utilities to ensure the achievement of properties specific to houses in NZEB system;

- Test enclosure - prototype, on CPS construction system will be equipped with equipment for monitoring indoor air quality, indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, in the granular fillings of walls and floors. The heat flow through the walls and floors will be monitored;

- Study on the execution technology for a test enclosure - “Smart CPS” type prototype that will meet the following requirements:

- The use in the structure for the thermal insulation of two types of granular material produced by the company (hydrophobized and non-hydrophobized) in two walls with characteristics as close as possible, for a comparative study of solutions;

- Installation inside two thermal insulation systems at the level of the resistance structure: a thermal insulation system of granular bed type covered with reinforced screed and a granular bed type system covered with tiles, to carry out a comparative study of solutions.
